SCHEDULING/RESERVATION PROCESS All activities and/or events must be scheduled through the church office or online at least 21 days in advance to allow for necessary staff planning and logistics around the event. For activities with 50-100 participants, the event must be scheduled at least four (4) weeks in advance. For more than 100 participants, the church requires six (6) weeks advance notice. To schedule use of a church facility for purposes other than regularly scheduled official church activities, you must submit a request through our church office or online. A response will be provided within three business days of receipt of the form. IMPORTANT: Do not promote your event until you have received approval. List the name of the main and second (if applicable) contact person(s). Be mindful that usage of kitchen and children's rooms may require extra fees and staffing. You will be contacted by the church facilities use coordinator to clarify any room use needs.
