Think on this....
1 But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they went to the tomb, taking the spices they had prepared. 2And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb, 3but when they went in they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. 4While they were perplexed about this, behold, two men stood by them in dazzling apparel. 5And as they were frightened and bowed their faces to the ground, the men said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead? 6He is not here, but has risen. Remember how he told you, while he was still in Galilee, 7 that the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men and be crucified and on the third day rise." 8And they remembered his words, 9and returning from the tomb they told all these things to the eleven and to all the rest. 10Now it was Mary Magdalene and Joanna and Mary the mother of James and the other women with them who told these things to the apostles, 11but these words seemed to them an idle tale, and they did not believe them. 12But Peter rose and ran to the tomb; stooping and looking in, he saw the linen cloths by themselves; and he went home marveling at what had happened. (Luke 24:1-12 ESV)
It is a fact that He died
It is a fact that there is an empty tomb
It is a fact that the women were the first human eyewitnesses to the event
It is a fact that He fulfilled His own prophecy concerning Himself
It is a fact that HE IS ALIVE
It is a fact that He reigns in Heaven above
It is a fact that He is returning to earth to bring judgment on the unrepentive and blessing to the saved
Living the Resurrection life with you,
Pastor John

Today is Palm Sunday. The day that Jesus was lauded as King, as Lord, as Savior, as Messiah. Here is the scriptural account from the book of Luke:
35 So they brought the colt to Jesus and threw their garments over it for him to ride on. 36 As he rode along, the crowds spread out their garments on the road ahead of him. 37 When he reached the place where the road started down the Mount of Olives, all of his followers began to shout and sing as they walked along, praising God for all the wonderful miracles they had seen. 38 “Blessings on the King who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven, and glory in highest heaven!” 39 But some of the Pharisees among the crowd said, “Teacher, rebuke your followers for saying things like that!” 40 He replied, “If they kept quiet, the stones along the road would burst into cheers!” (Luke 19:35-40 NLT)
Notice the praise (37-38)
Notice the Rebuke (39)
Notice the Response (40)
Will you Praise Him?
Will you Rebuke Him?
Will the stones have to take your place?
Praising God with you this week,
Pastor John
